Book a Remote Exhibitor Stand at WASD

Many developers and publishers ask us about an option to exhibit their game remotely, to remove the need to travel and arrange hotels etc. We are pleased to announce we now have the option: Book a Remote Exhibitor Stand at WASD!

You do not need to attend the show in person to take advantage of this opportunity. We build your stand, install your artwork, game and PC so you can interact with the attendees and control the computer on the show floor remotely via your PC. There will be a dedicated technician taking care of everything for you on the ground at WASD.

What do you need to do?

  • You’ll need you to send us the game code ahead of the event so that we can get that installed on the PCs. Once the show opens you will be given complete control of the demo PC via Parsec.

  • You will need to have someone available to be dialed into Zoom so that you can talk to and see the attendees and the surrounding space.

  • This option includes all the hardware, branding, internet connection, licenses and technical support. Plus it also means that you will also be included in the steam event FOC.
